Service and Maintenance
Northern Fire and Security can provide a service and maintenance contract custom to your requirements.
When you take out a Service & Maintenance Contract with NFS you can be sure that you will receive the highest level of customer care, product reliability and technical support that we have to offer.
We don’t just perform the required functional and operational tests, we also provide on-site training of responsible personnel, advice on the different types of systems available, and their limitations in regard to your individual needs, and cost effective quotations for modifications and alterations to existing systems.
Service contacts are available on a wide range of systems including:

– DOOR ACCESS
– EMERGENCY LIGHTING
– FIRE ALARMS
– REFUGE ALARMS
– ACCESSIBLE WC ALARMS
– INDUCTION LOOPS
– NURSE CALL SYSTEMS
Our maintenance contracts include periodic checks of the system, 24 hour on-call engineers, reduced call-out charges compared to non-maintained systems and the peace of mind that if there is a problem with your system day or night 365 days of the year we are only a phone call away.
NFS can also take over any system installed by a third party or maintenance contract that you currently have in place.
